The RPG as a whole can trace its beginnings to the summer of 1999, when it was known as Terrin Fox's StarFox RPG. It was an ICQ chatroom-based RPG using a d10 rule system, and the setting was based on the StarFox 64 game. After numerous evolutions on players, rule sets, and even the setting themselves, the RPG today is drastically different from its original being, but some things remain the same: the object of the RPG is for players to have fun, create friendships and IC-plots, and maybe blow up a building or two in the process. Or three.

Today, the RPG uses a d20 ruleset, but the basic GM-led premise remains relatively unchanged since the Terrin days of the RPG, and the team gather together in a mIRC chatroom every other weekend. The Lylatian Elite Strike Team (LEST) is a special forces unit serving the Cornerian Military Forces for the general welfare of the planet's people.
